With decades of professional experience, he brings extensive expertise in auditing listed companies, handling FEMA matters, Mergers and Acquisitions, and representing clients before Income Tax Authorities.

His thought leadership extends beyond practice, he is a sought-after speaker who has delivered impactful sessions at ICAI forums and seminars on critical topics such as the Revised Schedule III of the Companies Act, Auditing Standards, Peer Review, IND AS, Tax Audit, and FEMA.

Jayesh Doshi, the Founder Partner of GKDJ, is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in November 1986. With decades of professional experience in the profession, he has built a wealth of expertise across various domains, including auditing both listed and unlisted companies, Corporate Law, and tax matters such as GST and Income Tax. His extensive experience spans advising clients on complex regulatory issues, and he regularly represents clients before GST Authorities, Income Tax Authorities in Mumbai, as well as the Company Law Board/National Company Law Tribunal.

In addition to his core practice areas, he has a keen interest in analytical reviews, corporate structuring and restructuring, and legal consultancy. He is particularly focused on providing strategic solutions for clients in the areas of tax optimization and corporate compliance. His research on topics related to Tax and Corporate Law further supports his role as a thought leader in the field. Additionally, he overlooks GST compliances as well which includes representing before GST authorities.

He also handles Mergers and Acquisitions including Fast Track Mergers, Transfer Pricing compliances and various Income Tax compliances, offering practical solutions to help businesses manage their financial and tax obligations effectively.
